Leak Defender RS Water Shut-Off
Leak Defender RS system will interrupt the power to your well pump in event of a detected leak using a relay inline with the power either to a pressure switch or constant pressure controller for water pressure regulation.
This system is powered by the well pump power. No external power source is needed.
Does not use shutoff valves to stop water supply.
Easy installation either with new or existing pumping systems. Average installation time is approximately 30 minutes.
When a leak is detected an 80 db audio alarm will sound.
Leak Defender RS has input/output signal capability accessory for house and other alarm systems if needed.
This system can use up to ten sensors at a max distance of 600 feet.

The system can be used to shutoff a municipal water supplied systems or any other type of water fed utility.
When a leak is detected an 80 db audio alarm will sound.

This system is powered by a plug in type transformer that uses a 120 VAC outlet.

The Tec Innovators Programmable Drain Valve is the latest of many water control products in the Tec Innovators products family. The programmable drain valve is used for automatic draining of sediment from various types of water filter systems. This valve has timed programmable settings that will allow you to set any selected length of time for the valve to be open and closed. This is cycled for any events from 7 seconds to 99 hours per opening or closing. The programmable ball valve is powered by a 120/24 VAC plug in type transformer. All of the Tec Innovators sensor extension cables will work with this system if needed for long run power connections.
