Leak Defender RS for Well Pumps

How it Works
When water is detected in your basement, Leak Defender RS suspends power to your well pump, stopping the flow of water from the well and triggers an audio alarm to alert you of the problem. It works with new or existing well pump systems, and it does not require an external power source. The well pump powers it. Once the leak has been stopped and sensors are dry, pressing a button on the sensor restores power to the well pump.

Unlike less reliable systems, Leak Defender RS does not use shutoff valves. Installation is easy and takes about 30 minutes.  It comes with dual cable output connectors for multiple sensors and accessories. Leak Defender RS has input/output signal capability for the house and other alarm systems if needed. This system uses a relay inline with the power either to a pressure switch or constant pressure controller for water pressure regulation.
